A team leader ensures that the actual work is planned and executed correctly. This is an enormous task that requires the right approach. You know how to do the work; now it's time to help your team become motivated, proficient, and reliable.

This is not a traditional learning method that relies solely on tests, but instead focuses on performance and situational-based learning—cultivating leadership skills that will last a lifetime. Our instructors will work hands-on with you and your team to develop the leadership qualities it takes to be successful. To become certified, you will need to pass all coursework and a practical leadership simulation.

• A 4-week hybrid program (2-day in-person workshop + online modules) focused on equipping technical and trades professionals with leadership skills to manage small to medium-sized teams on projects like construction sites, manufacturing floors, or technical installations.

• Target Audience: Mid-level technicians (e.g., electricians, HVAC technicians, welders) transitioning to supervisory roles or crew leads.
